I was wondering, the flat belt on the sheller, how strong must it be to pull the feeder, the drags, and the ear corn? I would like to know what kind of belt material would be the best for strength. If any one knows were to find a good strong belt, please email me. Thanks.

I'd prefer people post info on sources of good flat-belt here, so we all can learn.

The manual of my D sheller (pto) says it needs about 20-25 hp to run, I wouldn't think it would need a real strong belt.
