At auction I saw a long box blade, about 5', with 3' tall sides. It had two blades at the bottom skewed slightly a small angle. It may have been called Roadmaster or something like that.
It looked like a good idea if you wanted to make a road, because it should move material to one side.
Has anyone seen anything like this before, and who might make this?

I don't know about the box blade you are talking about exactly but I saw a few just like it at hoye tyractor's website. I got a 4' for about $200 and it works great for leveling roads etc. It was at www.hoyetractor.com they ship anywhere pretty reasonably...I am pleased with mine.
