I have an old hay wagon that need some restoration
On the back of the frame is the name "FORD" in
script that looks like old Ford type script. I
assume that this was built by Ford and I'm looking
for pictures and/or manuals for it. Thanks for any help.

Could it be that someone has taken a frame from an old ford car and made a wagon gear out of it?

I din't think so. The bed and frame is about 12'
by 9' wide. The part that has Ford on it is shaped so as to fit 2X12 boards. To me it seems
large for a truck bed but I could be wrong. Any
ideas on what the truck beds from the 20's or 30's
looked like?
Thanks,
Norm

Is there any way you could post a picture?

Most any hayrack before the 1970's around 'here' was welded up from an old car frame, so I didn't even know there were any 'store-bought' hayracks. :) Two stringers of home-sawed wood & some planks nailed across.

Is it the rack that is Ford, or the running gear, or both?
