Looking at a 330 case baler , any good or bad opinions

I never heard much good or bad about them because there never was that many of them around.

If you can find a set of manuals for it, and at least one more machine for parts it might be worth it but I doubt it.

Short of that, like the other posts said, either JD or NH.

I too wouldn't want anything but a NH or JD baler. All the rest (in older models) do not have good knotters. You might just get one that works for you, but probably not.

Another poster said that there are only TWO older balers. He is absolutely RIGHT and you should pay attention --- never buy a baler made by IHC, Ford, MF, AC, Oliver, or Case! I probably left out a few other loserbalers. Go find a real baler, and if it is not painted green and yellow, you had better be sure it says New Holland. Myself, I use the green one---a JD 337!

Where are you going to get parts? There are only 2 brands of older balers to consider, New Holland and Deere. Case Closed.
