Has anybody had experience using a Farnam pasture renovator. I am considering purchasing a used renovator. It looks good, no rust, has ripping shanks and a seed box. It will cover 5-6 ft. per pass. Any ideas on value of a unit such as this?? Thanks for any info you might provide.

I purchased one about thirty years ago. This is a model just like yours. The new price was $900.00. The research and theory behind this equipment was impressive. It would be practical for a small acreage. Shortly after I purchased it my operation increased in size and I haven't used it much. I plan to sell it next month.
