IH two bottom plow paint codes? and year

I just purchased a steel wheel pull type two bottom plow. It has stamped in the beams

"IHCo P&C PO12575" and "IHCo P&C PO12778"

Can anyone tell me the paint codes and what year this is?

Ron,

1st, is this unit a tractor or horse drawn plow. If it's horse drawn, post a few more casting numbers and I'll look through a few of my manuals to see what I have. Right now I'm thinking you might have a P & O plow by IH.

2nd, For the paint codes, go to the link below. This will take you to the Wisconsin Historical Society web site for McCormick-Deering. They are the offical keeper of the McCormick business papers and they have posted the decisions of the McCormick Paint Committee on their website.

I would also like to suggest you check out the posters at this site. They may give you a good idea on the colors of the plow also.

It is a P&O Plow it is not Horse drawn.
I have looked at the like you attached and the Red blue and cream white are the correct color I think but I was wondering if anyone had the Martin Seymor or PPG paint codes for the color.
