I've decided to plant a 30 acre "garden", consisting of corn, sunflower, tomatoes, cucumbers, loose hay (not gonna bale it), and some soybeans. I have a breaking plow and disc, and I relize I will need a lot more. What implements would everyone reccomend for a project like this?

Oh! to be young an innocent again!
thats how I started, just a 1/4 acre of corn to feed 12 chickens. 30 years later,5 tractors, a 100 hp combine lotsa junk to keep the other junk running, poor, deaf in one ear, can't see, can't pee and can't remember nuttin' BUT I'd do it all over again. The kids couldn't of had a better life! and now the grand kids enjot it. BUT still can't get anyone to stack hay on the ol' wagon on a hunnert degree day, gees! but it shure beats livin in da sitty!

What kind of corn, field or sweet?

You will not make any money on small plots of soybeans & field corn, but that might not be the object. :) If it is field corn, do you want to pick it on the ear & store it (needs a crib that air can flow through) or combine it (you'll need a way to dry it, or sell it _right_ away at a discount).

These things will make a difference on what you use to harvest your crops.

Otherwise, a harrow (drag) to level ground, a planter (for corn & maybe soybeans, sunflowers, more?) and a grain drill with grass seeder attachment (for hay, maybe soybeans, more?).

You need a way to control weeds, cultivator if you get the planter, sprayer if you get the drill.

Harvesting will either be a corn picker and a combine, or a combine that has both a cutter table & a corn head. And a wagon. Sickle mower or more to cut the hay.

Do you notice you picked crops that are very different, and you need 2 of everything? You may wish to start out with a couple items that use the same machinery and advance up in later years.

I would sure get a cultivator, and definitely a sprayer. If you can find one cheap a good planter too to keep the rows spaced. 30 acres is one heck of a big garden, and you are definitely going to need to concentrate on weed control, thus the cultivator and sprayer.
