I'm about to replace the blades on my old 3pt Dearborn disk. Several are broken off. I looked and priced the blades at TSC. The plain ones are around $8.00 and slotted around $9.00...I have seen pictures of disks with slotted in front and plain in rear and some the other way around. Mine has plain on front and back now and thinking about using the slotted blades.

Does the slotted blades work better on not and should I put them on front or back?????

Thanks Guys

You said you priced blades from TCS, would you mind telling who that is and where their located. I'm in northern Colorado, and am looking for a supplier.

Put the notched on the fron and the smooth on the back. Think of it as cut and level
