I have an IH Super A and I think I might have located the plough for it. I have several questions about them though. Firstly I have seen Super A's with both one and two furrow ploughs. What I have found appears to be two single furrow ploughs. I was wondering if these bolted together somehow to become a two furrow plough. Also I would really appreciate it if someone could post a picture of one (preferably off the tractor). Thanks in advance.

It's hard to tell from your brief description. If the plows are set so that they cast the soil in opposite directions, you are looking at what they call a 'two way' plow. You can plow down one way, turn around put the other rear wheel in the furrow and plow right back, making another furrow. These are very handy when plowing in small areas. You don't have to lay the area out in 'lands'. In larger fields, using regular plows, we plow down to the end of the field, move over some distance, and plow back. Keep going, following in previous furrows until that 'land' is all plowed. Then start another one.
If you can get that 'two way' for a reasonable price, and get all of the parts, you've got something!

As far as I know it only works one way but turns two strips over. Thanks.
