I got a used pully for my cycle bar mower couldn't get a new one.The back side is worn thin by rubbing on something it's cast iron.I need to find out if you can build it up so it's thicker so it won't tear out.How do you go about doing this? Thank you for any infor. Warren

Take it to a welder that is experienced in welding cast and see if he can build it up with weld. You may also check with a machine shop about fabricating a new on from steel stock. You may also check to see if you have a local company that can cast you a new one using yours as a mold template. I have done all three in the past.
