My grandpa has an old IH wheel disc that I want to make a 1/16th model of. What I am wanting to know is what is the model # of it? Also what colors was it (wheels, blades, etc.)? It has five lug rims, wooden blade bearings, and is about a 14-15 ft size. Also does anyone have any pictures of a repainted one. Thanks for any help. Adam Davis

I'm not sure what you mean by wooden blade bearings. IH's first wheel disk was the No. 37 which I believe had plain cast bearings, at least that's what the one was like I had. This disk had a red frame with IH cream wheels(5 lug style). The wheel hubs were red, the disk blades a dull sort of black. It did beautiful work, you had to grease it often because of the plain bearings, which is normal. It made a nice outfit, pulled by my Super M.
