There's a Clipper grain cleaner (fanning mill) coming up for sale at a local estate auction. What do these typically go for in eastern PA? Was the Clipper a popular one?

The Clipper was a very popular model in the Midwest. I have a steel model m2b. It was built in the early 1970's. It has an auger sacker and brushes that go back and forth below the two screens to keep trash from building up on the screens. The fanning mill is a thing of the past but I use mine every year for oats and beans.

As a kid I cranked one until my arms were sore cleaning oats. If you plan to use it look for extra screens with different open sizes and shapes.
