asking the best kind of gravity box to get is kinda like asking which kind of tractor is best. there are a ton of good ones, only a few not so good (actually ANY gravity box is better than a barge of flare box!). just make sure that the slope is relatively steep. there were some out there with a "shallow" pitch, and they were tough to get unloaded when the corn was at higher moisture. don't know where you are, but here in n iowa, gravity wagons are getting pretty cheap. many of the farmers are going to tractor/trailers, or big straight trucks. at the consignment sales, a 300 bu gravity box with 8 ton gears are going for 5-700. was at one last fall where 350 bu & smaller brought $1.00 / bu. they had approx 30 units that day. they were in pretty good shape, too.

I have a Kory Gravity Box it's 185 bushel capacity, and with a 16''extension it's 260 bushel. There $659.99 without the extension,at Fleet Farm. For $659.99 it's a really good Gravity Box.I really like mine. I looked at used ones for $600 and $800 and they where junk,(RUST) Why buy junk when you can buy new.

I wonder where to get Kory stuff now, since Quality Farm & Fleet went bankrupt and closed up all our stores . . . .

It's not Farm & Fleet that went bankrupt. Farm & Country i think is the one that went bankrupt.

Farm & Country was the new name that Farm & Fleet and C.T. was going to go to after the merger, some stores got changed at start before bankruptcy.

Nope. Quality Farm & Fleet is bankrupt. Used to be Central Tractor Farm & Family.
