I have an old Deere front end loader with a trip bucket. The whole thing came with tractor in pieces. It required a lot of repair and I am now in process of assembling.

Does any one know how the bucket release bar mounts? I understand the principle but do not know top from bottom or exact mounting location. There are numerous bolt holes obviously giving you a lot of choices.

The trip bar pulls backwards toward the tractor to trip the bucket. there are holes to match in the loader frame and as long as you get the same holes in the trip bar on each side, it will work. THe trip bar works off of a long rod back to the handle on the right side of the loader about belly high. the trip bar needs a return spring of some sort to make it go back in place once you are done dumping. You deere dealer has access to some parts drawings that might help you.

I don't know the model number and cannot find one.
The loader was a real mess requiring a lot of weld repair.
It is merely a construction of three large metal tubes on each arm. Fastened to rear axle with removable
brackets and a cross beam in front behind trip bucket. The trip has two hook devices with an arm on each end with numerous holes for adjustment.

I can't figure out how it attaches
