I have an old Oliver 312 Planter that hasn't been used in a long time. I would like to get it working again to plant some silo corn. I opened up the seed buckets and oiled them. The plates turn but I dont hear any cliking. The lever arms move freely so im guessing it wont click until i put some seed in it. If anybody has any info about Oliver planters, especially parts info please let me know. Also any general advice about getting this planter to work would be appreciated. Thanks much.

Put a few seed in it and run it about 50 yards on some hard ground. That will tell you if it's working and it's a good way to check your seed spacing.
