I think you may be referring to the Farmhand bale accumulator and bale grab pickup system. I have one of these. The accumulator attaches to the back of the baler. It takes 8 bales and arranges them into a package. It then places them on the ground to be picked up with a bale grab attachment for your tractors loader. It picks up the 8 bales at one time for stacking on a wagon or in your hay shed. I dont know where they were made, but they were made for a long time. Farmhand is a division of Agco now.

I spoke to my neighbour who has been farming here all his life, he only knows of a Farmhand system for loading loose cut hay. It was first invented as a horse drawn piece of equipment that went along the winrows with some kind of rake, scooped up the hay and tossed it into a cage, making like a mini haystake. Then later the same type of equipment came out to be used with a tractor. I will try some other neighbours and see what they say. I am about 110 kms. from Winnipeg where that thing was made so they should be fairly well known here. Hope this is of some help.

What exactly do you want to know about it? Do you have any Model Numbers?
