I looked for manuals for NH hayliner super 68 baler on New Holland web page and they list aan operators manual and a 'Parts Paper Catalog '. Is one of these the service/maintenance manuals?

Thx

There is a NH68 manual on EBay if I remember correctly. Also, call Scott at (717)896-3414. He is in PA and help me out with some information on NH 78 baler.

New Holland's pubs department for older machinery is at:

800-635-4913. Fast and efficient.

New Holland will sell you an owner's manual and parts manual for about $15-18 dollars each plus shipping (I have both...I found the parts manual useful at times to figure out how things SHOULD have been fixed in the past, as opposed to how I have found the baler rigged now; it also saves trip to the dealer to just give them a part number when I need something). I'm not sure if they offer an actual shop manual. The owner's manual gives a fair amount of info on maint. things.

There is no service manual per se for most older New Holland small square balers. The operator's manual for most models (I haven't seen one for a S68) is a wealth of info on baler troubleshooting and maintainence. Well worth the reasonable asking price. The parts book will help as well, but get the ops manual.
