Need help on how to hook this thing up to my three point. There is a triangle that looks like the two lower arms go in it but if I hook the top link up to the top of the triangle I would have no control over the boom. What am I doing wrong?
Can post pictures if needed.

Thanks in advance
Chuck

Go to the Ford N series board here at YT tractor and post a message attention Ed Gooding and ask him to post a picture. He has posted them before but the link to the pic is no longer valid. Ed has one BIG of a collection of Ford related literature. The correct name for the digger is Danuser they were made by them for Ford..Big Mike

Didn't see any pics of it on your web page. Plowing with a newer pickup - interesting thought. :)

Anyhow, most post hole diggers use part of the digger boom as the upper 3-point arm. Throw away the regular upper link you use with the disk & such - you don't use it! The boom of the post hole digger goes into the top link of the tractor, and somewhere on the boom there is a hole (or holes) that goes into the top of your A frame.

At least, that is how most work. Harder to explain that to do.

Sometimes aftermarket 3-points aren't quite standard, which can give different angles for something like a phd.
