JUST PUT MY FIRST CORN CROP IN FRIDAY MAY24.IT IS SUSPOSED TO MATURE IN 112 DAYS.WILL I BE ABLE TO PICK ABOUT THAT TIME IF CONDITIONS ARE GOOD? OR WILL IT NEED TO DRY MORE? I DON'T HAVE DRYERS,AND THIS IS ALL PRETTY NEW TO ME. THANKS

Where do you live? Before we give any answers, this will help us make sense to you. Very different in different climates.

Your corn will be mature, or ripe, in about 112 days. It will need about a month to 'dry' to 24% moisture 'here' before actually harvesting. Not likely to ever dry enough 'here' to shell & store without heat 'here'.

'Here' we don't plant more that 105 day corn, and it would be too late for that now, would be down to 95 day, so obviously you are not 'here'. :)
