Here is the poop - I have a (sshhhh-no brand name given, but it is green and yellow) you know what, that I wish to sell. The local Coulee Antique Engine Club Show is this weekend at the Vernon County Fairgrounds in Viroqua, Wisconsin (plugging an event with no shame). The implement I am hinting about is to heavy for my Ford 2N-which has lift control of up or down (one or the other is a good choice for us Norwegians-can make that decision in less than an hour. It is a model 9 and I don't have a clue (ok, hold those wise-cracks)as to the value. Seek blonde for rendevous,...excuse me. Seek value of apparatus. My dad is a member, but I am not and therefore asked him about selling at event. Members can and if sold, a donation would be made to this local group as they help preserve old things (you should see some of the members that they are preserving). Any input regarding this implement would be greatly appreciated, and I don't want to conflict with the classifieds on this site. Tuk, Al on the farm

If I read you correctly that is a John Deere No. 9 mower and that would be a perfect match for any N-series Ford tractor, if too heavy then you have something else wrong.

Reading some archives, this mower is heavier than some others and the lift is either up or down, not any partial lift or midway point. Thanks for your reply.
