Is there a better way to remove rust from the smaller parts on a old 2 row front mounted cultivator than sanding or sandblasting? Is there something that could be sprayed on that would remove the rust.

Search the "all forums" archives here on washing soda. This is an electrolysis method that seems to work well for all parts. I have never tried it, but it sounds like a good method. I will try it next time before sand blasting. You can use anywhere from a bucket to a swimming pool to do it in.

TSC has 'Express Rust Remover' in 8 oz or 1 gallon. I repainted my fuel tank last summer and watching to see how long it takes before the rust comes back. Application is easy, spray on, let dry.
