I have a horse drawn sprayer Massey-Harris and I would
like to know what the original colors are so that
I could restore it. Would appreciate any help you could give. Thanks,Pat

Pat:Some more description of your sprayer, please. M-H had a variety of sprayers even then and I have a few of their brochures. Engine driven, ground driven, shape of tank, type of boom, orchard or open field. Will dive into library and look some up. Tom.

Pat: Colours. Here we go. Wheels are M-H yellow, tongue and frame supporting tank M-H red. Tank itself and boom a deep green. M-H ploughs were green and yellow originally back in the 40's. Apparently a lot of the sparayers that M-H sold were built by Myers and they were and are good sprayers. If engine driven, they were either an M-H or Novo engine and could probably be painted M-H red. I took all this from hand coloured pictures in the brochures and the colours are rather bold to say the least. Good luck. Tom.
