Here's a picture of the adapter i made from scrap steel and a weld on "ball end". It allows the use of cheap hydraulic cyclinders to be used in place of a top link. I bought the ball end at Farm & Fleet, but i've seen them at tractors dealerships too. I'll post two more pictures below so you can see it in use. A better cyclinder could be used, but that adds to the expense, and as the $$ goes up, you might as well buy a "heavy duty" one that's factory made! BTW, the cyclinder i use is a 3" with a 1-1/4" shaft. I consider this all to be used only for light duty use! I'm sure you can do some improvements on my design for your own use. Robert

I like the cost effectiveness of your solution better than the factory made jobs. Some of them are way to spendy for my wallet. I can certainly do something very similar for my Ollie 550 D.
