If it has round fertilizer hoppers it may be a Dearborn which not too many parts are available, but if it has a large fiberglass hopper it is a Ford model 309 which is very poular and many parts are still available for it at your New Holland (Ford) dealer.

I called the local New Holland dealer this spring when I couldn't free up the plastic finger and bolt in the seed bin on my 310 planter. I was quoted $46 for the plastic top, spring and finger. I finally got the part to free up.
