PLEASE HELP! I REPLACED THE SPROCKET ON THE END OF AUGER DRIVE SHAFT AND NOW BALER SHEARS PINS AND IS OUT OF TIME ..... PLEASE HELP I NEED TO BALE HAY TOMORROW!!!!! !!! THANKS MIKE

Are the roller chains loose and sloppy? I agree some other chain slipped on the sprocket.

Dig out the baler book and static time it. You will need to set the plunger, feeder forks, and needle trip to measurements given. Its been 30 years and I can't remember the exact dimentions. The manual will tell you where to measure. Take the opportunity to snug up the slack and tighten the needle brake.

When u replaced the augar drive sprocket, the drive chain probably skiped a few links on the other sprockets, need to re-time as this chain also drives part of the knotter assembly.
