Probably. The way they "fit" may depend on the model of cultivator. On the old 2-row units we had when I was a kid, the front gangs of the cultivators hung on two pieces of steel plate that bolted to the frame channels and front bolster unit on each side of the engine. These plates had a right-angle bend in the ends that fit the brackets on the cultivator for quick attachment. The H is a narrower tractor than the M is, so the plates were mounted with the right-angle parts turned OUT on the H, and IN on the M. There's probably about a 3" or so difference in tractor width, so these plates each provided about 1 1/2" offset.

Later on we had a 4-row unit on an M with front gangs that would swing away from the tractor frame for removal. To make that one fit properly on an H would have required either a different mounting bracket on the front corners of the tractor, or moving the individual parts out on the cultivator frame to get the right spacing. We never used the 4-row on the H.
