Hi,

The old case 200 is out of wack this year last year no problems it is making long and shorts bales some bales are about 10 foot long and the twine isn't cut. Any way to fix otherwise will have to roll the straw up.

I've got a Case 200 baler that we are parting out. If there is something that you need please send me an e-mail.

not familar with the case but if you look back on top of the bale chamber there is a star wheel that is driven by the hay bale passing thru, it turns a pulley that lifts the trip arm. there should be a spring that holds the trip arm tight into the pulley it is probably broke or missing.

That star wheel is on the side if it's like my Case 133. Also check the gear and rack that the star wheel turns. Mine got gooped up and the teeth wouldn't engage, riding over and not tripping the knotting system. Clearing it with a knife point in the field for 3 minutes and it worked great. Make sure the spring that pulls the trip rod forward is working and the linkage is free to move.
