No exact info on Case, but some general info: Pitman arms are usually wood, hickory is best. Length depends on your mower's set-up. It's important that the knife be in register, ie: it has to shift an equal distance left-right across the cutting plates on the stone guards.

The diameter of the circle made by the pulley connection is the distance your knife will be shifted. As designed, your knife blades have to move all the way from one guard to the next and back. Make the pitman long enough to shift the knife from center-to-center on the guards when the pulley turns.

Look on e-bay under "mower manual", I've picked up some pretty obscure stuff there over the last few months. If you look long enough, you'll find a manual for your mower.
