Can anyone provide any insite to the price/quality or bang for the buck of Farm King versus the other manufacturers? Specifically 6' Finish Mowers. Advantages of side disharge or rear discharge. I would put this on a Farmall Super A or 140. Would the off center PTO be a problem?

I have used a 4ft. king kutter behind a Int. 130 for years, perfect match. I have 3pt. hitch with sway bar.

I can't speak to the various brands, you'll have to look at the quality and heaviness of the construction of each. However, I strongly suggest you give extra points for rear discharge, especially if you plan to get into any heavy grass or weed cutting. As far as off center PTO, many tractors are not centered. You should look to keeping the u-joints running as straight as you can, to reduce stress on them. Many pull behind machines will cock u-joints off in strange angles when turning short, seemingly without serious complaint, however.
