Please help: I have a 3 bottom 2 point hitch International plow that I want to convert to a 3 point hitch. Is there a tool to convert it? Would appreciate any help. Thank-you

It was a wheel lift, that much I do remember about it.I think it was bought new around 1949-1952.I was only a teenager so I really dont remember when Pop bought it.
