Can anyone help with the model #'s of the 2 row mounted pickers used on ford 900 series tractors from 1956 to 1964? What is the going price for a picker of this type? Thx.

the later ones (blue) were model 602. Going price around here for one is free. Scrap iron isn't worth anything, so the scrappers don't even want them. Not to say that they were a bad picker, just nobody uses them anymore. I know where one sits, but if it still works, I don't know. I don't even know who owns it now (its original user has since passed on).

last one i saw sell went for between $100.oo-200. and was mounted on a wd allis. i am still kicking myself for not buying it. worst part is finding the mounting brackets. of course if you are not choosey about original , you can make some.i too know where there is one. but it was on a ford and i have a wd allis. you might offer them a few bucks if they want to hem and haw. but i bout a old style new idea mounted for $2.oo, that's two bucks! if you decide you are not interested let us know. maybe someone on her might be interested
