Mitch,

The value depends where you are located, who made it, how much of it is origional, who else in your area collects or uses that type of equipment, ect.----- --

Example, I was at a auction this past summer that was almost all horse drawn equipment. If I remember right, a John Deere right hand walking plow fully restored that went for $275 and a International right hand walking plow with a rolling colter went for $325. At the same sale they had some wood and iron wheel John Deere and International grain drills that were in rough shape that went for $125 to $350 that folks were going to use for flower planters.

I myself also collect horse drawn equipment and I can say that here in Wisconsin it's hard to make a profit on things you re-build unless the Amish use it yet. Example, a overhauled New Idea #10 and #10A manure spreader will bring $1,500 to $1,800 but a overhauled McCormick-Deering #6 mower with a 5 foot sickle bar may bring $300 from the Amish but $450 to $500 to the right hobby farmer.

I would like to take a look at your pictures of your equipment if I could. At least I could try to give you prices of what I think they will bring in my part of the country. Who knows, I might even be willing to give them a new home if I don't already have them in my collection. :-)
