Is anyone familiar with a Ford Flex-o-disc? Are they any good and what would a 7 or 8 foot 3-pt. in good condition be worth? Thanks for any help. Festus

I have one of these flex-o-disks. It is a 3-point with 32 blades, about 10 ft. It works real good and I think a smaller one would do an even better job. I paid $300 about 3-4 years ago in NJ and the blades were in good shape but one upper bearing half had a chunk out of it but still works ok. Some were made with sealed bearings, but I believe most, like mine, have cast iron bearings which can crack if you have a lot of rocks. Also the cast iron parts are kind of expensive from New Holland if they are worn out. Just make sure to check out the bearings and figure this into the price if they need fixin.

Thanks Halbert, That's good to know about the bearings. I'm going to look at two of these tomorrow. Thanks again, Festus.
