I am going to part out my 14T John Deere Baler and was wondering what parts are worth anything to sell and what to junk. Obviously the needles and knotter parts I will sell, but is there anything else? Good machine other then the bale chamber is rusted through
and it needs more TLC than I care to get into.

Plunger head pitman arm, gearbox, any sprockets (regardless of where on the machine they are) that are not worn out, needle rock shaft, needle carriage, pickup strippers, feeder fork if it isn't worn out, the bale length star wheel if it isn't worn out, and the PTO slip clutch assembly (provided it's rebuildable), are all worth something for salvage. How do I know? We parted a 14T out once, and this is the stuff that sold. The auger in ours was pretty well beat, so that got junked, but if your auger is in good shape, somebody will probably want that, too.

How much do you want for the complete knotter assembly? Where are you located? Thanks.

I am located in central Pa. I could however put it in a box and ship it to you. Send me an e-mail if you can and we'll talk price.
