Hello. I was wondering if anyone would know where I could find out some information on a grain drill with the initials VB on the sides? In passing conversation I was told it might be a subdivision of John Deere. Any assistence would greatly be appreciated. Thank you so very much!

If you don't like the Van Brunt you can go buy a new $30000 John Deere drill today and it has the same feed roll as the original Van Brunt. That design has never been beaten.

Lynn,

That was for Van Brunt out of Horicon, Wisconsin. They made the drills for Deere before Deere bought them out. Van Brundt had such a good product that they would give you your money back if you didn't like the drill. Deere is still in Horicon building lawn mowers.

Van Brunt was a model that was made by John Deere. Any JD dealer should be able to get manuals etc on these.
