I recently came across a brillion cultipacker in good working condition except for no trnsport wheels. Does anyone have any ideas for mounting a set of wheels onto the packer so I can transport it? The packer is about 30 years old and is 8 feet wide. Thanks for your help.

Just build a small "A" frame on each end "on top" of it, and put and axle there. (or spindles + wheels) Then when you turn the packer over it will be on wheels, turn it back and it will be-a-packing. It won't be hard to turn over, just push the tongue up and over. Next way, would to put a movable axle on it with a cyclinder to push it down to raise the packer when roading. Wish i could explain it better, but maybe this will give you some idea's. Robert
