Mark, I just purchased a category II hydraulic toplink from Prince Hydraulics in Souix City, South Dakota. The url is www.princedirect.com The price was about $175 plus shipping about $10
I ordered from their website and service was very prompt and the unit is very well made and I hope has the necessary "beef" to handle category II it certainly seems to be very strong. I haven't used it yet here in East TN it has been very, very wet for weeks. I plan on using the cylinder with a 7' box scraper or what ever else I can dream up. The unit is shipped as cylinder only, no hoses or connectors. I Purchased right angle fittings and hoses at the local farm Co-op store for under $30. I am very impressed at this stage.
