thank you jerry, i really appreciate your help, i don't know if it runs, under the engine is really clean looking, there is some rust on it but i would say it is in pretty good shape, it was my uncles and he takes very good care of things. even some of the wheelhorse logos look ok. i really just want it out of my way lol i can't move it! i would like it to go to someone who would appreciate it. have any ideas? i live in ohio, would you be interested? again, thank you karen

Karen,

What you have is a 1961 Wheel Horse Model 551 Suburban. It is a fairly collectable piece since you have the original engine if it runs. Depending of course what condition it is in and what you have with it will affect the value as well. the label you found is the Tecumseh Engine model and spec number. It is BTW a 5.5 HP lawn tractor.

Look under the steering column. You can email a description and I can probably ID. Also there may be a number on the belt guard.
