Trying to get this tractor running and need some help with it's Identification so I can go to the next step for the Manual. It belongs to a neighbor who has not run it in about 7 years. But one step at a time. I have pictures which I can send.

It is definitely not a WD45. It is either a Model C or a CA. Since it has a wide front axle, it is more likely to be a CA. Check the rear wheels, if it has rails to adjust the rear wheel spacing it is a Model CA. If it has more than five bolts holding the rear wheels on, it is a CA. If it has five bolts on the rear wheels, it is a Model C. Also, the serial number will be found near the gear shift lever. It should start with the model number.

A Model C has three forward gears. A Model CA has 4 forward speeds.

If you look close you will notice it does not have a side frame like a WD45. It is hard to tell from this picture being so small and not close up but my guess would be a Ca
