3 point ditch digger

I'd like to build a simple 3 point digger that would dig a trench, lay my poly line or wire, then cover it up and possibly pack it. Maybe just for 1" or up to 1-1/2" size pipe.

Figured I would something like a straight shank ripper, then a guide for laying whatever I want, with wings and a roller to cover it up and roll it down. Might even use a coulter to cut the grass in front of the shank.

Anyone seen or built anything like this that may have some pointers?

I built one similar to what you're talking about for the back of my 2N.
I use it for loosening up the top soil so I can move it easier with the back blade.
It would work good for pulling a wire or tube like you need if you added a loop on the back of the foot.
The shank is a piece of scrap grader blade and the foot is a shur-nuff-real-mcCoy Caterpillar backhoe tooth. I can sink it down about 14"-16".
I would make a first pass without the pipe/wire attached to make sure you don't have any rocks etc in the way.
Have fun.

I made one from a single shank ripper, welded a 3/4 pipe on the back of the shank to bury gate wire for electric fence, it takes some extra weight to keep it in the ground and you need to feed the wire down the pipe slowly until you plow down 10 or 15' so the ground holds the wire. Look at the plows the phone co use.
