Ih 5ft flail mower

my neighbor gave me a 5 ft flail mower he got when he bought his ih 100 15 years ago aside from some rust it is in good shape. it appears to mount offset right of the tractors center with the left side drive pulley lined up with the pto pulley going thru a jack shaft. my 140 was sold as a utility to the local airport and had a 6ft rotary broom hydraulicly powered by a 21gpm pto mt prince pump. when then put the broom on they took off the right angle pulley drive. hey if any body has that piece i sure would be gratefull if i could buy it. also can anybody give me more info on this flail mower? thank kris
