Does anyone have a good system to lift a flat rack for hay off a running gear and put a gravity box on. Would like to only buy 1 gear instead of two. I would change twice a year.

We raise the back with a boom pole and put two 55 gallon barrels under. Then we raise the front and roll the running gear out. Then we let the front down, pick the back up again and take the barrels out. Do this in reverse for putting one on a running gear. This method takes some hooking and unhooking, but you only need one tractor and boom pole. Just make sure the barrels are solid and you are on level ground. You don't want it falling on you.
