I NOTICED ONE BOLT ATACHING IT TO WOBBLE BOX ARM IS THAT THE ONLY BOLT TO LOOSIN TO REMOVE KNIFE? OR IS THERE MORE TO IT THAN THAT. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR RESPONSES.

if you only have 1 or 2 bad knives in the feild, you can pull a guard (sometimes just loosening the guard will work) and change them right on the machine, but probably easier to pull the section if they all need replaced

Pull that bolt, takes a 15/16 wrench and 15/16 socket if I remember correctly. Sickle may pull hard coming out. All I can say is wow, years, w/o pulling a sickle? I'm lucky to go days. Personally, I like to sharpen underserrated sections every hundred acres (4-5 days cutting), the over serrated seem to not need it but really don't cut to suit me except in grass.

Loosening the knife hold down clips helps some. Straighten any bent guards, too.

Mark,

Only the one bolt on the wobble drive. Be sure to replace the bushing when you put on the new knives. It will save you alot of headaches down the road. Take out the bolt and the knife will come right out.
