JUST PURCHASED A 515 MOWER AND CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO HOOK IT UP TO MY 2600 FORD TRACTOR.DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THE ARM WITH THE SPRING CONNECTS?

That's a breakaway, and it connects to a pin mounted below the right-side lift arm. On my 8N I install a pin just behind the one that my right-side stabilizer bar would connect to (you only use 1 stabilizer with the 515.)

You really need the operator's manual to hook up and use the thing right. Call New Holland pubs at 800-635-4913, I think it is about $12 and well worth it.
