Looking for parts for a flail mower I inherited from my father. Do not know the manufacturer. The only identification markings I could find was Lubrizol and s/n punched on a plate riveted to the mower. Belt driven mower, L shaped knives, unit is yellow in color.

Thanks in advance any resources you may be able to provide.

Jack,
Your description fits plenty of flail mowers. go to http://www.flailmasters.com
They have plenty of parts and a few pictures too. I recently purchased a flail mower and needed to replace 3 bearings. The 3 of them were almost $200.00 from the manufacturer of the mower. I found them all at a local bearing manufacturer for $30.00 total. Look around a little before buying any parts. Happy mowing.

Thanks for the response. I have visited that site but was searching for someplace in Ontario. I shall re-visit for more info.

All I need so far is a oil seal for the gear housing, on the PTO entrance/exit. When my father picked it up it came with an extra set of blades "cool". I have used it a couple of times, the cut is great. So I figured it was time for some maintainance. Prior to this I used a Hog.
