I hope that someone will be able to help me with identifying my I-H mower. I’m unable to order owner’s manuals or parts lists because I don’t have any idea what model it is. So far no sign of the classic tag with model and/or serial. Is there an area on the mower where these tags are placed, regardless of model?

It is a PTO driven trailer type sickle mower, at least 15 (and possibly much more) years old.

Thanks ahead.

ALSO RECENTLY PURCHASED TRAILER PTO DRIVEN IH SICKLE MOWER,DECAL WAS STILL SLIGHTLY VISIBLE BUT ONLY ENOUGH TO SEE THE WORDS (BALANCED 100). HAVE BEEN SEARCHING MYSELF/SO FAR THIS TYPE WAS MADE FOR SEVERAL YEARS,WETHER TRAILER MOUNTED OR NOT.HAVE A MANUAL COMING NEXT WEEK TO SEE IF THIS IS RIGHT.IF YOU COULD GET ANY NUMBERS OFF THE PULLEYS,TIRE RIMS ,MAIN PLATE,ETC. I COULD MATCH THEM TO MINE AND ATLEAST ELIMINATE THIS PARTICULAR MODEL.I BELIEVE THIS ONE TO BE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF 50+YRS.PARTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE AT LOCAL IH CASE DEALER.BEGAN RESTORING MINE ALTHOUGH IT WAS ALREADY WORKING.ANY COINCEDENSE THE C IN CWP STANDS FOR CLARENCE OR CLANCY?

I tried that first. Don't have the hang of that, I guess. Sorry to be such a neophyte.
