Bought a Panorama Hay Tedder this spring and it has sure saved the day this year with all the rain . It does a great job . It is a 4 basket with 2 that fold up . With it down it`s 17 feet and pulls good but when the wings are raised ya have to crawl in 1st gear or it bounces wildly side to side . Am I missing somthing here ?? There is know way it could be towed down the road , Is there anyone out there that has a Panorama ?? I looked on there Web Site and it looks the same as the picture , not missing anything . Got it used and hav`it found a local dealer yet .

Guys,
I know this works for the Morra becaus we have one. Don't tilt it all the way back. If you leave it with the baskets adjusted down slightly then it puts weight on the tongue and tows much better. If a tine hits the ground well it is spring loaded. We raise ours above where we position it to use but not as far as it will go. A little tilt will throw those raised baskets forward quite a bit.

Hi, I have a Mora that I bought from Agri Supply that the ends fold up, it too is very unstable. Very dangerous when unhitched with the sides up because it will tip over backwards. But its a great machine running through the hay. Bill

Mine tips over when unhooked to . It`s hard for one fella to hook it up alone because you have to hold it down .

Hi, When ever you are hooking or unhooking always adjust the baskets down to the ground in the front, this will shift all the weight to the front and prevent it from tipping. Bill

The wheels look like a caster wheel but they have bolts through them so they cant swivel . the wheels /tires are about 14"tall and 8" wide . Theres one in the center of each basket . the 2 in the middle are only about 5' apart when in transport position .

I would guess that the tedder can either be pulled with a tongue or attached to your three point.. If attached to the three point, you would remove the pins from the wheels so the wheels would act like casters. When pulled with the tongue you would have to pins in so it won't weave all over the road.. My JD hay rake is this way. That would be my guess..
