I have a "Ideal" sickle bar mowing machine that is horse drawn (or was). It's rusty but still works. Whats it worth?

I'm no expert but I have five McCormick, Deering , and JD mowers Three of which you ( and I do ) mow with. In my travels the best mower I eversaw was in a shed 100 percent workable , all origional with the origional green paint and pole , and it could be bought for $300. A rusty but working unit is more in the order of $50 to $150.

I have found a McCormic/Deering no.7
drawn sickle bar mower. It is rusty but I believe with a little TLC it could be restored
Is it worth putting the time and effort into,
does it have any collector value or would it just be a neat thing to have?
