I purchased a fast-hitch mower and when I lift it with my Farmall 340, the bottom of the sickle bar doesn't! What am I missing? Also, what model(s) do I have with serial #'s 451491-R7 and the other is 450874R3? Thanks in advance.

Standing to rear of mower, look at the left side- you'll likely see a short lever. To the top of that lever, you need a short chain that attaches at the bottom of your hitch hydraulic cylinder; the Super C's used a long metal rod there that attached to the rockshaft up by gas tank that raised cutter with the touch control lever-precise, smooth nice set-up. Later Fast Hitch tractors without the rockshafts used the chain. As lift hitch, chain tightens, pulling lever that raises cutter bar.

Green at this. I don't even know what a rockshaft is.
