I posted a message on 12/08 in reference to implements for a 52 Super C. I receivied some very good info in respect to this. My question now is that my Super C has two arms coming off of the hydraulic unit under the gas tank. There a single connection point on the right side and there appears to be two connections on the right side. I do believe that there must be more to the fast hitch system. Can anyone shed more light on this subject? I have a PTO shaft on the rear, a flywheel on the rear, and a drawbar also. What else is there supposed to be for hitches of hitching system?

And have been since I first read Rich's post and Mark's response...your explaination left my head spinning...

I know what a fast-hitch is...and I know what a Lift-all is...but I was under the impression that these where two unique and independant implement mounting systems and where not interdependent.

If Rich's C has BOTH, it would be the first one I've seen that does (Guy Fay or one of the other gurus here could confirm or deny that), but I'd sure like to have somebody clear this up...my brain hurts!

It is quite a unique system. We don't have it on our C, but have seen it on others... honestly I haven't paid all that much attention to it. But what I do know is that the two-point hitch is in the form of a frame under the C and that on the right hand side of the Touch-Contol pump is mounted a valve (which you may not have) of some sort which allows for the addition of remotes to the C. You run the valves by a control rod brought up just under the lightbar. Instead of having remotes, the lines from the Touch-Control pump and valve actuate a ram mounted vertically on the two-point frame (which in turn is mounted/slung under the tractor) to raise and lower the entire two-point hitch. The standard drawbar is removed to provide clearence of the two-point assembly and is able to be re-fastened onto the two-point frame. I have seen the two-point mount work and it does work well with sufficient down pressure to raise the rear of the C off the ground. The two-point hitch does not interfear with the rockshaft arms and is in no way (to my knowledge) connected to them. I do not recall the two-point hitch being mentioned in the C's operator manual, but I have seen literature on it.

Wasn't put on a C, started with the Super C. A rod wcould be attached from the right side of the rockshaft in front to the front of the fast hitch to level the plow when moldboard plowing.
